# Align

> Align (alignlabs.dev) gives businesses an account built on stablecoins: named USD, EUR, GBP and AED accounts in the company's own name, payments on local bank rails (ACH, Fedwire, FedNow, SWIFT, SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, UAE IPP/UAEFTS), and USDC/USDT in and out across Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Base and other networks. AlignConnect is the same infrastructure as an API for fintechs, marketplaces, payment platforms and payroll providers.

Align Payments Ltd. (130 Spadina Ave., Unit 807, Toronto, ON M5V 2L4, Canada) is a Money Services Business registered with FINTRAC, registration no. N300000203 — see FINTRAC's public MSB registry: https://fintrac-canafe.canada.ca/msb-esm/reg-eng Regulated services are provided through licensed financial institutions. All customers go through KYC/KYB and AML checks.

## Facts
- AlignPay is a business account for registered companies, opened after a KYB review that usually takes 1 to 5 business days.
- Accounts: named USD, EUR, GBP and AED account details in the company's own name. USD has ACH and wires through a US banking partner, on request and after its own review, plus SWIFT, which reaches more than 180 countries. EUR is SEPA and SEPA Instant, GBP is Faster Payments, and AED is IPP and UAEFTS.
- Balances are held as USDC or USDT, or as EURC for euros: a EUR account's payments land as EURC, and USD, GBP and AED payments as USDC. Payments out go in USD, EUR, GBP or AED, converted as part of the payment, or as USDC or USDT to a wallet. Align pays the network fee on USDC and USDT sent from an AlignPay balance.
- Earn: up to 8% a year on USDC and USDT balances; the rate changes and isn't guaranteed.
- Align doesn't onboard companies based in the UAE (its AED accounts are for companies outside it) or in the countries on its prohibited list: https://docs.alignlabs.dev/compliance/prohibited-and-restricted-use/prohibited-countries
- Align isn't a bank and doesn't issue stablecoins. Align Payments Ltd. is a FINTRAC-registered money services business (N300000203).
