Everything an invoice needs
Line items, your customer's tax ID, a PO number and your logo, in USD, EUR, GBP or AED. Every invoice gets its own page, a PDF and an email.
Drafted by AI
Type "Invoice Northwind 4,000 EUR for October, due in 14 days", or drop in a contract or purchase order. The form fills in and lists what it assumed, and nothing is saved until you create the invoice.
Saved clients
Pick a client from your list or add one as you go. Their name, email, address and tax ID go onto the invoice, and editing a client later never changes an invoice you've issued.
Paid into your own accounts
Payment details come from your own receiving accounts in the invoice's currency, so an invoice can't carry anyone else's bank details.
Matched for you
A payment that names the invoice number and pays the exact amount marks the invoice paid. A payment that only partly matches is shown to you to confirm.

03Stablecoin invoices
Get paid in USDC or EURC too
An invoice can ask to be paid into your USD or EUR Global Account in stablecoins, instead of by bank transfer.
Exact instructions
The invoice page and PDF say exactly what to send, for example 1,000.00 USDC on Solana, with each detail ready to copy.
You confirm the match
Stablecoin payments carry no reference, so a deposit of the exact amount is offered to you as "Is this the payment?" rather than marked paid on its own.
One balance
Bank and stablecoin payments land in the same balance you pay suppliers and staff from.
You can invoice in a currency once your account can receive it. Invoicing is available once your account is verified.

Common questions
Can my customers pay in stablecoins?
Yes. An invoice can ask to be paid into your USD or EUR Global Account in USDC or EURC on Solana, instead of by bank transfer. The invoice page and PDF say exactly what to send.
How does Align know an invoice has been paid?
A bank payment whose reference names the invoice number and whose amount and currency match exactly marks the invoice paid. If only the number or only the amount matches, Align asks you to confirm. Stablecoin payments are always confirmed by you.
Does the AI send anything on its own?
No. A draft only fills in the form for you to check. Nothing is saved or sent until you create and send the invoice yourself.
Can I put my logo on invoices?
Yes. Add it once in Settings and it appears on every invoice you issue after that, on its page, in the email and in the PDF.
Can I send a reminder?
Yes. Send the invoice again from its page and it goes to your customer as a reminder.
