Team and approvals
Your team pays. You stay in control.
Approvals
Example- Members' payments need approval
- At or above USD 5,000
- Waiting for you
- Maria asked you to pay $6,250.00 to Acme
- Team
- 2 admins, 3 members, 1 viewer
01Roles
Roles in plain words
Everyone works in the same account, with exactly the access their job needs.
Admin
Pays, manages the team and changes the settings, including approvals.
Member
Pays, within the approval rule your admins set.
Viewer
Sees the account but can't pay. Account numbers show only their last four digits.
Invite once you're verified
Invite people by email once your business is verified. They see the account straight away as viewers, and an admin confirms their payment access with a passkey.
02Approvals
Approve payments before they leave
Choose off, every payment, or payments at or above an amount. The amount is read in the payment's own currency, never converted, so the rule doesn't move with exchange rates.
- 01
A member asks
A payment that needs approval is sent for approval instead of being sent.
- 02
Admins hear about it
Every admin gets an email, and the request waits for them on Home.
- 03
An admin decides
The admin approves and pays it with their own passkey, or declines it with a reason.
- 04
If it's declined
The member who asked is emailed the reason. A member can also withdraw a request they no longer need.
03One login
Several businesses, one login
Keep a personal account and any number of businesses under one login, and switch between them in one place.
One switcher
See every account you belong to and where each one stands, such as in review or verified, and switch in one click.
Shared recipients
Bank recipients and saved wallets belong to the business, not one person, and show who added them.
Changes are visible
The other admins are emailed when the team or the approval rule changes, and when a member adds a recipient.
04Questions
Common questions
Whose payments need approval?
Members' payments, when your business has approvals switched on. Admins never need approval, and neither do personal accounts.
What if someone splits a payment to stay under the limit?
If that's a risk for your business, choose Every payment, so each one needs an admin's approval.
What can a viewer see?
The account's balances and activity, with account numbers shown by their last four digits only. A viewer can't make payments.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes. Open another business account from the switcher. Each business is verified on its own, and each has its own team and settings.
Can I remove someone's access?
Yes. An admin can change a person's role or remove them from the team, and the other admins are emailed about the change.
