Can I keep Wise Business and use Align as well?

Yes, and many companies should, at least for a while. Run both in parallel while customers move to your new details, and keep Wise for anything Align doesn't do: Align has no cards or accounting integrations.

The wider picture

The key points from the guide this answer comes from:

  1. Switch when stablecoins are part of how you're paid or how you pay: Wise doesn't support crypto trading or payments to crypto exchanges and wallets. If you don't touch stablecoins, Wise Business is often the better fit.
  2. Open the new account before you tell anyone, and run both for at least a month, so payments sent to your old details still arrive.
  3. Announce new bank details the way you'd want a supplier to: from a known channel, with a confirmation letter, and invite customers to call you back.
  4. Download statements and payment records before you close the old account, and keep it open until the last straggler payment has landed.
